SANAKO Helpdesk for EMEA customers

SANAKO Helpdesk offers support for all SANAKO products.

You may contact SANAKO Helpdesk for information and assistance with any issue you may have experienced with SANAKO products, whether they be questions on how to use certain features or technical issues affecting the performance of your system.

The Helpdesk service is completely free of charge to all SANAKO customers with a Software Maintenance agreement.

SANAKO Helpdesk service will:

  • Answer customer calls and emails requesting technical assistance
  • Assess customers’ support needs and handle them accordingly
  • Use troubleshooting techniques to diagnose problems
  • Solve the problem during the call whenever possible
